At our preliminary meeting whether we do the project or not, as we believe that we can’t do every project, and also we can say
that we give sincere, timely, and honest services, within our knowledge. The main criteria that we have is that the project
should be interesting. We would love to take up unconventional projects or projects that require out of the box thinking.
We are in this profession since 1995,in civil engineering services, and we started our services pertaining to Interiors since 2007.
We can guide you to our projects that are under construction, but regarding our finished projects, we prefer to respect
our clients’ privacy and acceptance, and would let you access only documentations of the projects.(photographs or drawings

No. As explained earlier, if the clients have communicated well during the first two sessions, it has been our experience that the clients approve what we show them during the first stage itself.
When we detail their design we work out several possibilities and ultimately show the clients what we think is the best for them. If the clients have helped us understand them completely we would be showing them what is best for their project.
Yes. If client opted us to do, depending on the works progress ,which are already going on, if we feel convenient, we do take up the project construction/ project execution some time project management according to client’s wish, and our interest

We can not say they are big achievements, but A few projects done by us up to complete satisfaction of our clients are:
* Designed and executed college building of 70’x217’ at Loyola Academy, alwal, Hyderabad, where no intermediate column is provided at 70’ span.
* Executed a commercial building(mall), of 17700.00SFt. of 5 floors at L.B. Nagar. We planned, done project management, to complete the project with all aspects within 14 months.
* Planned,designed executed an institutional building of 220’x37’ of 3 floors, done project management to complete the building with all aspects in given time.
* Planned,executed an Industrial construction (Agro Industrial Power Project of 6MW).
* Designed, and executed a corporate(Administrative Office) office Interiors for “Aadhaaar Seeds”
* Designed, and executed an institutional building of 220’x50’ without intermediate columns in 50’ span, of 3 floors, done project management too, to complete the building in given time.
* Designed, and executed a corporate office Interiors for “Synergy Agro Products”
* Designed ,executed and a flat interiors at Lanco Hills, using British style as client demanded, successfully completed, handed over too, in a given time span.
* Planned, Designed, and executed (construction,and interiors too) a residential building of 3700SFt., 4 floors, in contemporary style.and minimize the wastage of material, used all the leftover material in a planned Order and manner.( few elements in construction and interiors are made, using the leftover material).
* Conducted a workshop at L.B.Nagar, for construction labour to improve the awareness, on “construction without affecting quality” and, “how to minimize the wastage of construction material”
